The Capybara rules      

      General     

  001.   Be Kind. treat people how you want to be treated. Choose kindness, always.

  002.   No Drama. keep it spicy but classy outside of that. If there is drama, contact a mod to get it resolved. Don't actively go out of your way to start trouble. We're above that.

  003.   Be active. Do your best help build things in our guild, be afk in one of the 3 afk stations or help your guild members in CoH or dungeons. If you cannot be active (Will be away for a day or more), we are leaving it up to you to be responsible and let an admin know about your absents. No content with any of us means you're not interesting in staying. We will remove you.

  004.   Real life > game. If you need to take a break, just give us a heads up! Burn out is real. We would rather you go touch grass and refresh your mental than leave the game completely due to burn out.

  005.   Be approachable, not scary. Even if we're competitive, we're still friendly!

  006.   No outside guild yap. Our guild problems are for us to solve. Don't share them with outside guild members or people who don't need to know. If you don't like people talking poorly about the guild, don't give them a reason to.

      Admins     

  001.   Lead by example, not by ego. If you want the guildmates to follow the rule, you have to follow them too.

  002.   Keep internal drama, internal. Never argue with another admin/mod in public/guild chat or discord. It makes the guild look unstable.

  003.   No retaliation. if a member gets angry or insults you, do not use your admin powers.

  004.   Be fair. Apply punishments and warnings evenly, don't play favorites.

  005.   Don't over-promote. We all hate watching the same ad every 60 seconds. Don't be that guy. If you're going to promote be creative at least!

  006.   Delegate to avoid burn-out. You're not a one man army, we are a team. Split duties

  006.   Don't decide things on your own. Speak to the guild leader first before you do anything that changes the dynamic of the guild. Don't listen to rumors, assumptions or things other people say without confront the guild leader. If the guild leader has something to share she can share it with the guild.

      Breaking rules     

  001.   3 step warning.
First time, a warning from an admin.
Second time, a written warning for all admins to see.
Third time, Kick/Ban with a reason for admins to witness.If the offense is really bad, you may not get 3 warnings. As long as it's approved by the guild leader, you can be removed after your first offense.

  002 .   Failure to communicate inactivity.
We understand life gets busy, but it's not fair to the guild for you to not take responsibility and speak up about being away/unable to play. We're not your baby sitters. Reach out and speak up if you want to stay in the guild. After 24 hours of inactivity you will be flagged. If there is no communication on your behalf after 2+ days, you will be removed with no warning or communication.

  003.   Unable to reach the survival requirement.
If you fail to reach the PL requirement Clefable implements we will consider the following things:
1. is this PL obtainable for F2P?
2. Are other people struggling?
3. When is the closest you can reach that deadline?
4. Were you unable to complete this deadline due to inactivity that you've made aware to the admins?
After considering those possibilities, you may get an extention but don't count on it. If you fail to reach the PL by the set date you will be replaced if we someone applies with higher PL than you.
In otherwards, don't goof around and fall behind.

  004.   yap too much.
Yes, you can get removed for speaking about things that were never meant to leave the guild. Rumors/Problems/Gossip/Assumptions. If we catch you in the act we will set a punishment according to how badly you were yapping. Be mindful of who you talk to. Treat this guild like it's people you care about or leave.

How it works!

Set up;
      ↪︎   Every Thursday after Conquest 2, the admins will organize the guild by highest PL (Power Level).
      ↪︎   Team one will always contain the highest PL in the guild per role/two roles depending on the team comp. We will always try our best to be top 4. beating whales is hard).
      ↪︎   Zero will focus on creating at least 3 teams (Outside of team One). But we will have a total of 6 teams set up for 4v4.
      ↪︎   Due to the guild being so big, we won't have time to put everyone in a team. We're sorry if anyone feels left out because of this.

Looking for team;  
      ↪︎   Anyone that does not have a team will be on the right side list, We encourage other Capybaras to team up with each other and get to know each other.
      ↪︎   You can build standard, make up a strat together or be totally creative. Just make sure you're having fun.
      ↪︎   We won't punish you if you decide to team up with people outside of the guild, but you'd make Clef happier if you choose a Capybara.
